Steve has gained more than 33 years of experience in the architecture and construction field, concentrating solely on the healthcare industry for the last 28 years. His main project focus in recent years has been master facility planning, diagnostic / treatment-related facilities and inpatient units. Steve also serves as facility program manager at various healthcare facilities.
Steve is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Missouri Hospital Association (MHA), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He earned his Bachelor of Science, Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Michael Tchoukaleff
Managing Partner / Healthcare Facility Planner
Michael has gained more than 32 years of experience in a wide range of project types including medical, academic, recreational, children’s facilities, ambulatory and elderly-care facilities. His project involvement centers on planning, operational planning, programming, schematic and design development, with a special interest in pediatrics.
Michael is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and Foundation Board Member for Alton Memorial Hospital. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University – Manhattan.
James Frechman
Principal / Healthcare Facility Planner
Jim has worked in the field of architecture for over 30 years with approximately 25 years concentrated specifically in healthcare design. Specific project experience includes new and renovated medical office buildings, physician practices, new and replacement hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers, endoscopy centers, diagnostic imaging centers, GI/Endoscopy centers and laboratory relations, expansions and renovations.
Jim is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA). He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas – Lawrence.
