TKH worked with Mercy Health to consolidate corporate offices containing ± 800 employees and related support from four existing locations throughout the St. Louis area, including Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Utilizing Mercy office standards, the 35 Administrative and  Support departments were relocated, along with education and training space, into ±150,000 square feet of space at Maryville Center in West St. Louis County, Missouri. Collaboration and communication was strengthened, and staff was more efficient by having closer proximity with other departments. Space vacated at the Hospital was then planned by TKH for Hospital related functions.
