TKH was engaged to develop a Master Facility Plan (MFP) for Mercy Hospital Springfield located in Springfield, Missouri with a time horizon through 2020.
The major objectives of the plan were to confirm capital necessity in the 2020 process to achieve the strategic positioning of Mercy Hospital Springfield; create a framework for facility decision making whereby solutions to immediate needs can be coordinated with long term growth objectives, thus ensuring that short term and long term capital expenditure for the facility can be optimized; and facilitate a work plan and project schedule.
