TKH was engaged by Phelps County Regional Medical Center (PCRMC) to conduct a Facility Evaluation and Master Plan.  PCRMC is a 210 bed facility and serves six counties as a regional medical referral center.

The outcome of the Master Plan was to establish a vision for the next phase of construction on the campus.  A “roadmap” was created for priority projects and capital dollar spending over the next several years for the facility to follow.  Departments of primary focus included inpatient beds, imaging, support services and outpatient services.  Additionally, improved circulation and wayfinding were of importance.
