TKH was requested by Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) to re-evaluate the Master Facility Plan (MFP) that had been prepared by a national architectural firm.  PHS was uncertain of the original MFP conclusion and implementation strategy.

After “re-tooling” and updating the MFP, TKH assisted Presbyterian in developing schematic implementation plans for a $55,000,000 building expansion plan.  The goal of the Phase 1 plan was to provide additional bed capacity, right-size departments, and to visually link period buildings together in a cohesive fashion.  Project completion was the fall of 2004.
