SSM St. Louis developed a strategic repositioning of their acute care campuses – six Hospitals and one Ambulatory Care Center totaling approximately 1,500 beds. The strategic business plan called for the redistribution of beds and services across the network. To translate the strategic business plan into a strategic facility plan, SSM retained the services of TKH, who also provided high level budgeting and cash flow implementation strategy.
