St. Luke’s Episcopal Presbyterian Hospital and Kindred Healthcare completed construction of a 35-bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Chesterfield, Missouri. The facility is located on the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River Valley.

The 30,000 square foot facility includes an inpatient therapy gym, ADL training apartment, and a large dining and activity area.  The lower level provides space for staff offices and other support functions.

TKH served as healthcare facility programmers and planners and as construction program manager for this project.
