University of Wisconsin Health had a patient-centered approach in mind when consolidating all digestive disease functions into one building. The building is approximately 67,000 SF, consisting of surgery and gastroenterology / hepatobiliary clinics and offices, associated ancillary services, lab, pharmacy, and an endoscopy procedure center. The three-story center includes 21 clinic exam rooms, 12 endoscopy procedure rooms, 48 prep / recovery rooms, laboratory and radiology area.
Krupp Construction, Developer / Contractor for the Digestive Disease Center, called TKH into the process to assist the local Architect in the programming / planning and schematic design phases of the project. TKH continued participation through, schematic design and design development phases of the project.
