TKH provided programming, planning, and schematic design services for Washington University School of Medicine to develop a 184,000 square foot academic office building.  The eight-story structure, which occupies the corner of Kingshighway and Children’s Place, atop the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Parking Garage.

The Northwest Tower houses academic offices for the Department of Pediatrics; Pediatric Clinical Research; Department of Internal Medicine Divisions of Cardiology, Oncology, Pulmonary, Infectious Diseases, and Immunology; Anesthesiology Chairman’s Suite and Clinical Research Suite; Pediatric Neurology; Pediatric Radiology; OB / GYN Ultrasound; and Department of Surgery Divisions of Urology, Plastic Surgery, and HPB / Oncology.
